Jody and Trish were fantastic from start to finish. They studied our home in detail, learned about the many custom upgrades and showcased them, took into consideration that it is steps away from the Seville Golf and Country Club, and presented our home as not just a house, but a whole “lifestyle”. They know Seville inside and out and are incredible networkers. Before the home was even on the market they had many buyers in mind for whom it would be a perfect fit. Jody or Trish met personally with every person who wanted to see the home, and along with each showing included a tour of the golf club. Jody, Trish, and their team took care of all the videos, photos, and staging, and were always available to support if we had questions or concerns. They quickly and efficiently helped coordinate subcontractors for a few things needed after inspection. They took care of everything and took care of us at every turn. They are personable, kind, and passionate about what they do and it is evident in every detail they execute. Most importantly, and not surprisingly, they sold our home. Within the first couple days we had several offers. For us it was relaxing and stress-free, and we are hugely appreciative for all their diligent work. We highly recommend them!
